Tel Aviv, Oct. 22 : As part of “Operation Ajay,” a special flight carrying 143 people—including two residents of Nepal and four infants—left for India on Sunday. The passengers wanted to escape Israel amid the fighting between Israel and Hamas.
It was the sixth flight in Operation Ajay, which was started on October 12 to help Indian nationals who want to go home after the heinous attacks on Israeli villages on October 7 by Hamas militants from Gaza, return home.
According to reputable sources who spoke with PTI, the aircraft is carrying 143 people, including two nationals of Nepal and four infants.
